Refer to California Education Code 25102 for information regarding vendor registration.

To register, please fill out the Letter of Intent Form, and return it to:

Once we have received the Letter of Intent Form, we will review the information and notified the vendor of their status during the month of September. After registration is completed, the vendor will be provided with a username and password which will allow them to login to the system and enter their firm's information, product information, and set-up other administrators or users.

Invoices will be sent on the first of October.
Refer to California Education Code 25108 for information regarding invoicing. is a non profit program and all costs are distributed equally by participating vendors (per CA Ed. Code 25108). A one time establishment fee will be billed to all new vendors. In addition, each vendor will be responsible for paying an annual maintenance and administration fee. Invoices for these fees will be sent during the month of October each year. Vendors will have 60 days from the issue date to pay the invoice or they will be removed as a vendor from the site (per CA Ed. Code 25103).
