The Annual and 2-Year Point-to-Point (PTP) interest credit is determined by the change in the index value between the 1st and last days of the crediting period, subject to a Cap or Participation Rate. Monthly PTP credits interest at the end of the contract year, determined by the sum of the positive and negative changes, after applying a monthly cap, in the index over each month of the crediting period. Enhanced participation rate: an amount equal to 0.95% (Annual) or 1.90% (2-year) of the accumulation value allocated to the strategy will be deducted at the end of the crediting period.

Caps and participation rates are declared at the beginning of each crediting period and apply to that crediting period. Different caps and participation rates may be declared for each crediting period during the life of the contract. Consult your agent for current caps and participation rates.
