Loans against the fixed account value are available starting at issue of the policy. The minimum loan amount required is $500. The maximum loan amount is limited by (1) Internal Revenue Code limits, or (2) $50,000 or (3) 50% of the fixed surrender value. You must repay the loan within five years unless the loan is to be used to acquire or build a dwelling unit that will be used as principal residence, in which case the repayment period can be as long as 25 years, subject to a minimum quarterly repayment of $250. The term of the loan cannot extend beyond age 70.
This company provides for the payment of Internal Revenue Code Required Minimum Distributions based on the value of this contract. The company will waive any applicable market value adjustment on withdrawals taken to satisfy minimum distributions . The company provides these distributions on an annual payment basis.

Upon continuing total disability and receipt of a request for a withdrawal or surrender, we will waive any applicable market value adjustment. Continuing total disability, as defined by Section 72(m)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code, must begin at least three months immediately prior to receipt of the surrender or withdrawal request.
The company provides (1) Joint with 50% to the Survivor, (2) Joint with 67% to the Survivor, and (3) Joint with 100% to the Survivor. This option can be elected anytime after issue of the contract. Surrender charges would not apply when this option is selected. Once annuity payments have begun, this option cannot be changed. Annuity payments cease upon the death of both annuitants.
This company provides a lifetime income on the life of one individual. This option can be elected anytime after issue of the contract. Surrender charges would not apply when this option is selected. Once annuity payments have begun, this option cannot be changed. Annuity payment cease upon the death of the annuitant.
This company provides a lifetime income on the life of one individual. A Period Certain of 10, 15, or 20 years can be selected. This option can be elected anytime after issue of the contract. Surrender charges would not apply when this option is selected. Once annuity payments have begun, this option cannot be changed. Upon the death of the annuitant before the end of the Period Certain, annuity payments would continue to be made to the beneficiary until the end of the selected Period Certain.
The company provides a Period Certain settlement option whereby the annuitant can select payments to be made for a specified period of time. The specified period can be as short as ten years or as long as 30 years. This option is available only on a fixed payout basis. This option can be elected anytime after issue of the contract. Once annuity payments have begun, this option can be changed. If a lump sum is requested after annuity payments have begun, any applicable surrender charges would apply. Upon the death of the annuitant, any remaining annuity payments would be made to the beneficiary.

The company provides a fixed account and 2 indexed account options for premium deposits. Premiums allocated to the indexed accounts will be placed in a holding account that earns interest until the 28th of each month. Amounts placed in the fixed account and holding accounts will earn a current interest rate. Amounts placed into the indexed options will earn interest at the end of 12 months determined by either the S&P 500 Annual Point-to-Point Crediting Method or the Dow Jones Industrial Average Annual Monthly Moving Average.
The guaranteed minimum Cap Rate, the guaranteed minimum Participation Rate, and the indexed floor rate are all determined at issue. The guaranteed Cap Rate will be 1.50%. The guaranteed minimum participation rate is 20%, but may range from 20% to 100% The floor rate is set at 0%.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average Annual Monthly Moving Average is calculated as the average index value of the 12 month-aversaries index values preceding time of deposit divided by the index value on the anniversary date of the deposits.

1) S&P 500 Annual Point-to-Point Crediting Method. The cap rate is determined on the 28th of each month. The participation rate is currently fixed at 100%. 2) Dow Jones Industrial Average Annual Monthly Moving Average. The current cap rate is unlimited. The participation rate is determined on the 28th of each month.
