Strategy
Interest is credited and compounded daily on a total portfolio basis and accrues from the actual date of deposit to the date of the withdrawal. The Voya Fixed Plus Account features two declared interest rates: a current rate, determined at least monthly, and a guaranteed minimum floor rate declared for a 12-month period which will not be less than the minimum guaranteed interest rate.Fixed Investment Option Features

Partial withdrawals from the Voya Fixed Plus Account are limited to 20% of the Voya Fixed Plus Account balance each year. Full withdrawals from the Voya Fixed Plus Account will be made in five annual payments equal to:-one-fifth of the Fixed Plus Account value on the day the request is received, reduced by any Fixed plus Account withdrawals, transfers, amounts, used to fund income phase payments, or loans made during the prior 12 months; -one-fourth of the remaining Fixed Plus Account value 12 months later-one-third of the remaining Fixed Plus Account value 12 months later-one-half of the remaining Fixed Plus Account value 12 months later; and-the balance of the Fixed Plus Account value 12 months later
