Investment Strategy
The investment seeks to achieve long-term growth of capital and risk-adjusted returns. The fund, which is a fund of funds, seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of underlying exchange-traded funds ("ETFs") that seek to track alternative indices. Under normal circumstances, it seeks to invest at least 80% of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in iShares® ETFs. It may gain this exposure to commodity markets by investing up to 25% of its total assets in the Subsidiary, a wholly owned subsidiary of the fund formed in the Cayman Islands.Investment Expenses, Sales Charges, and Fees
