Investment Strategy
The investment seeks a combination of current income and growth of capital. The fund invests primarily in exchange traded funds ("ETFs"), other open-end mutual funds, and closed-end funds. It invests in underlying funds that invest in common stock or securities convertible into or exchangeable for common stock, including the stock of foreign issuers.
